What we collect
- Orders: your name, email address, mobile number, delivery address, city and province, and what you ordered.
- Newsletter: your email address, only if you choose to subscribe.
- On your device: the contents of your cart are kept in your browser's local storage so they are still there when you come back. This is not used for tracking.
Why we use it
- To confirm, prepare, deliver and support your order (including contacting you by phone, SMS or WhatsApp about it).
- To keep accounting and tax records we are required to keep.
- To send you news and offers by email — only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with courier and delivery partners so your parcel reaches you, and with the hosting and technology providers that run this website. We do not sell your personal information.
Fonts
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (we may need to keep some order details for legal reasons — in that case we remove your name and contact details from them). Write to us at .
